Morasa operates an online store through which customers can browse and purchase sarees and other products offered by us.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which our products and services are offered.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website, products, services, or features at any time.

We may introduce new products, features, services, or website functionality from time to time. Such additions will also be subject to these Terms & Conditions.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, fabrics, and other product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Photography and lighting conditions

  • Individual screen or device settings

  • Natural characteristics of fabrics

  • Handcrafted or handloom processes

  • Printing, weaving, dyeing, or finishing techniques

Therefore, the colour of a product may appear slightly different from the actual product depending on your device or screen.

For sarees and other textile products, minor variations in texture, weave, print, colour, or finish may occur and may be a natural characteristic of the fabric or manufacturing process.

Such minor variations will not necessarily be considered a defect.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, modify descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Product availability may change without notice. Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

In such circumstances, we may cancel the affected order and notify the customer. Where payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original or appropriate payment method.

5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

By placing an order through Morasa, you agree that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and current.

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

  • Product availability is incorrect

  • Pricing or product information contains an error

  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity

  • Incorrect customer or shipping information has been provided

  • An order appears to have been placed for resale or unauthorized commercial purposes

Morasa currently does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Orders must be paid for through the payment methods made available on our website at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided by you.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Morasa currently ships within India only and does not offer international shipping.

Estimated delivery timelines displayed on our website are indicative and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Morasa shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, refusal to accept delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available.

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

No General Return Policy

Morasa does not offer general returns or returns based solely on change of mind, colour preference, styling preference, or incorrect selection by the customer.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, photographs, measurements, fabric information, and other available details before placing an order.

Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Products

An exchange may be considered where the product received by the customer is:

  • Damaged during the fulfilment or shipping process;

  • Defective due to an issue attributable to Morasa;

  • Incorrectly sent by Morasa; or

  • Materially different from the product ordered due to an error on our part.

Customers must contact us at support@morasa.in as soon as possible within a day or two after receiving the order and provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue.

We may request an unboxing video and other relevant evidence to assess the claim.

The product may be required to remain unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, along with its original packaging and tags, where applicable.

After reviewing the claim, Morasa will determine whether the product qualifies for an exchange.

If approved, the replacement product will be subject to availability. If the same product is unavailable, Morasa may provide an appropriate alternative or other resolution at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Special-Condition Returns

In exceptional circumstances, Morasa may consider a return where the issue is attributable to Morasa or where we specifically agree to accept the return.

Any such return will be considered on a case-by-case basis and does not create a general right to return for future orders.

8. CONDITIONS FOR DAMAGE CLAIMS

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at support@morasa.in with:

  1. Your order number;

  2. Clear photographs of the product;

  3. Clear photographs of the packaging, where relevant;

  4. A description of the issue; and

  5. An unboxing video, if available or requested by Morasa.

Claims may not be accepted where the damage appears to have resulted from improper handling, washing, storage, alteration, stitching, use, or other actions after delivery.

Morasa reserves the right to assess each claim individually.

9. SALE AND DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Products purchased during sales, promotions, special offers, or discounted campaigns may be subject to additional terms.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, discounted or promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange except where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under our exchange policy.
